These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via our webshop, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. The Offer
All products are described clearly and truthfully, including pricing and any limitations.
Obvious errors, mistakes, or typographical errors do not bind us.
5. The Agreement
The agreement is formed once you place an order and receive an order confirmation by email.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure electronic data transmission.
6. Prices & Payments
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include applicable taxes.
Standard UK shipping costs £2.95 per order, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Payments can be made via available payment methods shown at checkout.
7. Order Processing & Delivery
Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM (15:00) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery: 4–7 business days
In exceptional cases (peak periods, holidays, carrier delays), delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted UK carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD UK, or another suitable carrier.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the order has been delivered to the provided address.
8. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You are entitled to a 60-day money-back guarantee starting from the day you receive your order, provided that:
The product was used as directed
No noticeable positive effect was observed within the 60-day period
The return request is submitted within 60 days of delivery

9. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Woof@Zenipet.co.uk, including:
Your order number
Clear photos of the packaging and product
You may keep the incorrect or damaged product.
You may choose between:
a full refund, or
a free replacement
No additional costs apply.
10. Product Conformity – No Additional Warranty
All products comply with the agreement and applicable legal requirements.
We do not offer any additional manufacturer’s or commercial warranties beyond statutory rights and our stated guarantee.
11. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profit), unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
Our total liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant product.
12. Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 14 days after discovery via Woof@Zenipet.co.uk, clearly described.
We will respond within 2 business days with a proposed solution.
If no resolution is reached, disputes may be submitted to the appropriate dispute resolution body.
13. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, strikes), we may suspend or terminate our obligations without liability.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of England and Wales.
