You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order if you have not seen any noticeable positive effect in your dog during this period.
Our goal is to make sure you feel confident trying our products, without risk.
When is a return accepted?
A return or refund request is accepted if all of the following apply:
The request is submitted within 60 days of delivery
The product was used as directed for a reasonable period
You have not seen any noticeable improvement in your dog’s condition
The product is not fully used and not intentionally damaged
You provide your order number or proof of purchase
We understand that every dog is different. If a product simply didn’t work for your dog, we’ll handle it fairly.
Additional valid reasons for return
We will also accept returns or refunds if:
Your dog refused to consume the product, even after multiple attempts
Your dog experienced a mild sensitivity or intolerance
You received a damaged or incorrect item
There was an error on our part with your order
Our priority is always your dog’s wellbeing.
How to request a return
Please email Woof@Zenipet.co.uk with the following information:
Your full name and order number
The product(s) you wish to return
The reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you clear return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error or damage on our side.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days using your original payment method.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted if:
The product has been fully used
There is clear misuse or intentional damage
The return request is submitted after 60 days
The product is opened and completely empty (for hygiene reasons)
