At ZeniPet, every order is packed with care.
All orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM (15:00) are processed the same day and handed over to our shipping partners.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, during weekends, or on UK public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
In most cases, your order will arrive within this timeframe.
During peak periods, holidays, or carrier-related delays, delivery may exceptionally take up to 10 business days.
If an unexpected delay occurs, we will of course keep you informed.
Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: £2.95 per order
Shipping costs are always clearly shown at checkout before payment.
Track & Trace
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace link.
This allows you to follow your delivery step by step until it arrives.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
Has your order arrived damaged or not been delivered after the expected delivery window?
Please contact us within 48 hours via Woof@Zenipet.co.uk and include:
Your order number
Photos of the packaging and product (in case of damage)
We will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Restrictions
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
